As President of Domani Inspection Services, Matt oversees the company’s operations and development. Matt is responsible for overseeing all project management and contract administration, financial oversight, development, and implementation of new policies and procedures.

As the Vice President of Technical Services, Stephen is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to special inspections. Stephen coordinates with partner companies and all clients and applicants of record to ensure job quality in regard to engineering. Stephen is a Professional Engineer as well as a multi-discipline ICC certified special inspector and brings over 10 years of design, construction, inspection, and management in the residential and commercial fields.

As Director of Field Operations, Mike is responsible for coordinating field activities related to special inspections. This includes managing and overseeing inspections, personnel, scheduling, and technical aspects of field operations. Mike uses his experience in construction management and project development to coordinate the activities of inspectors, technicians, and design professionals on all projects, ensuring client satisfaction. Mike is also an AWS-Certified Welding Inspector.

As the Director of Pre-Construction Services, Diarmuid oversees proposal development and proactively assesses any project issues to identify solutions. Diarmuid manages all project scopes, pre-construction monitoring, and special inspections for existing buildings. He oversees a team of Project Managers to ensure productivity and quality for the clients.
